How it works
First a short guided conversation — around ten minutes — where we ask about the person, the moments that matter, and the way you'd describe them. You don't need to know how to explain what you want; the questions do that work.
Then we show you the brief: our understanding of the person, the story and the tone. Nothing is made until you've seen it, and if we've misread it you can stop there and get a full refund.
Then we make it, and you see the finished piece before you receive the final file. The preview is watermarked and lower resolution — you'll see everything you need to judge it, and the clean, print-quality file unlocks the moment you say yes.
You'll see your piece within 48 hours of finishing the interview, usually sooner. Working to a date? Tell us in the interview and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.
How your piece is made
Your piece is created with the help of AI image generation, directed by us.
Here's what that actually means. You tell us the story in a guided interview. We turn what you said into a detailed brief — the person, the details that matter, the tone. That brief is what drives the image, and every version is generated fresh from it. Then a human being looks at what came out and decides whether it's good enough to send you. Most first attempts aren't.
The AI is the brush. The story is yours, and the judgement about whether it's any good is ours.
